His educational background includes vocational training in “Machine Engineering Technology,” and he also holds a certification in “Tattooing” from the International Center of Distance Education. Currently based in Saint Petersburg, Artem has developed a diverse portfolio of skills, achievements, and ventures that truly set him apart.
From a young age, Artem discovered a passion for drawing, an endeavor he pursued with dedication and excellence. His aesthetic sense was further honed during a six-month stint in France, where he worked as a graphic designer. After returning to Saint Petersburg, Artem opened a tattoo studio. His outstanding work and distinct style earned him the opportunity to serve as a guest artist in several studios both in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, and internationally in countries like Italy, Germany, France, and Luxembourg.
Artem Bugin is not just an artist; he is an innovator. A significant achievement in his career is the development and release of a custom tattoo machine with a wireless power supply. Always keen to share his knowledge, he created a tattooing course and serves as a mentor for aspiring artists, regularly conducting training sessions and masterclasses.

Artem’s journey started at an early age. His first job was at a sawmill assembling pallets, working long hours under the sun. During his school days, he ventured into selling cheat sheets to fellow students, inadvertently creating a unique method of memorizing the curriculum. With every challenge, Artem learned more about himself and his capabilities, learning to view adversity as a stepping stone to success.
In the present moment, Artem is engaged in six ventures: Tattoo Artistry, Tattoo Education and Mentorship, Oil Painting, Custom Tattoo Machine Manufacturing, Premium Sauna production using Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) panels, and Real Estate Finishing. Each of these projects allows him to express his creativity, innovative spirit, and dedication to enhancing the world around him.
